Animal Spirit Helpers

Lets talk about animal spirit helpers. In the experience of my clients, the High Self takes a variety of forms. The shape that the High Self takes is to
symbolize its/her/his personality. Some High Selves appear as symbols, flames, balls of light, the energy light body, angelic forms, old shamans,
sorcerers, witches, warriors or sometimes there is no visual but only a presence that can be felt. Every form gives us an intuitive understanding
about the nature of the High Self. In the physical world the appearance of a person also gives us intuitive clues about their personality, outlook on
life etc so, in the same manner, spirit beings project a form of what they choose to symbolize.

There is a class of spirit beings appearing in animal shapes that agree to assist humans. Lets call them animal spirit helpers.

Well, last week my son Adam asked me about totem animals. As I try to never push spiritual topics on my kid (I have seen the damage that
spiritual indoctrination can do), I was glad to hear his question.   I stayed detached and answered: They are spirit beings big like angels, they are the
spirits or angels that are in charge of the different types of animals, and they like to work with us humans.    He wanted to know if he had any
totem animals and I replied that he could find out if he wanted.   I would assist him to raise his vibration to a higher level and then we could ask. He
had already made up his mind. He wanted to do it.

After inviting our Guides, Mother Mary and Archangel Michael for protection and guidance, I cleared and balanced his energy body, followed by a
guided meditation that gradually raised Adams vibration to the angelic vibration.   Then we invited his major animal spirit being, if he had any.
Generally it takes about 5 seconds for the energy to change after an intent has been released. This was a very crucial moment in this boys life.
Whatever spiritual experience, or no spiritual experience he would have, would probably program him for life. I tried to stay detached and after about
5 seconds my son exclaimed in disbelieve, with his eyes closed: A penguin?   This was very unexpected, I sensed that he was not making it up. I
asked my son to ask the penguin what his gift was. Adams face turned again to amazed disbelieve: Intelligence ? he wondered. Ask him what
type of intelligence. I helped out.

My personal ethics is very much like that of Socrates, the Greek philosopher. He never gave answers, he only asked questions that his disciples had
to answer himself. Socrates himself stated to have an inner voice that would give answers to his questions. He also claimed that he had never received
a wrong answer.

Its about love, intelligence about love! Came the answer. It started to make sense for him. Penguins live in big groups, are very social, their males
even hatch the eggs and nourish the young. Adam knew all this. I asked: What other gift does he give you? after about 5 seconds the answer came:
strength , What type of strength ? I asked. Strong body was the answer. Again, it made a lot of sense. Adam is very big and strong for his
age, his body and posture are similar to a penguin and he is very impervious to cold. Adam surely displayed a lot of penguin symptoms. I asked if any
animal spirit was protecting him and yes, another animal appeared. But Adam had lost interest by then and decided to end his meditation.

Here is another example of how spirit animals can teach us. A very gifted actress came to me. She wanted to relocate and asked spirit for advice. In
her trance the fox came to her. He showed her how he picks his territory. First of all, he is not a big animal that can stand up to any confrontation. So
the fox makes sure that his territory does not overlap or even come close to any dangerous dog or other potentially dangerous opponents. He made
sure that there is enough food and water on his turf and that there was cover, places to hide, wherever he had to go. Translated for humans are the
streets in your neighborhood safe to walk, is there light, are there witnesses? Is there a grocery store around? Fox also showed her how carefully he
prepared his den, and then, how he went to sleep. The way he stretched himself, the way he relaxed and curled up and the way he covered himself
with his beautiful tail.

My client needed to see every little lesson. For instance, she had been concerned about her safety and fox showed her what he does about it. She had
been feeling uneasy the way she had been sleeping. And the sleeping demonstration was just the thing that inspired her the most. She could hardly
wait to get home and snuggle up in her bed.

Beyond teachings in concepts, I find that spirit animal helpers assist with their energy bodies as well. When invited, they can superimpose their energy
bodies over ours. This will affect in general a shift in consciousness. The qualities of the spirit animal helper will be strongly imprinted on the person
overshadowed. This can be used for protection, in healing, or for different types of knowledge. Each animal spirit helper has his own gift.

For example one of my animal spirit helpers is water turtle. I encountered her the first time in Sri Lanca. She was in excess of 2 feet. I was skin diving
and stayed within 12 feet most of the time, but could never touch her. I followed her around for about ten minutes, admiring her graceful calm
demeanor. The next day the villager brought me some of her eggs, which I could not refuse and of which I partook with great guilt. Nearly a decade
later, sea turtle appeared to me in a vision at a workshop at Myrtle Beach. She introduced herself to me as one of my totem animals. About a month
ago, while doing breath work in the bathtub, she told me not to feel guilty about eating her eggs. She had wanted me to partake of her DNA so that a
stronger connection would be formed.

Sea turtle explained to me that she cruises through the waters of the ocean and in the same way I should cruise through the waters of emotions.
Visualizing her body surrounding my body gave me a wonderful feeling of being protected, yet connected emotionally. I have Cancer with Mars
conjunct as my sun sign and Scorpio rising. Simplified, that means I experience and express very strong emotions. On top of it, I am clairsentient, I feel
other peoples emotions. Things get very intense when I help people release stuck emotions from rape, torture, broken hearts, guilt, etc, etc . . . So the
feeling of being protected while emotional garbage is flying all around me helps a lot. I experience the spirit animal helpers the same way as I experience
my High Self, when invited, they superimpose on the physical body just like a space suit.

See me as an upgrade from being a Cancer. Yes, the crab shell will protect you, but crabs are quite an unevolved life form. When you take on my
archetype, you interface with a much superior shell, a much longer lifespan and a very ancient evolved consciousness.

Brotherhood of all loving living entities is the idea. Helping each other with our strength. Humility, respect and love are the social etiquette. We all have
the same creator. The big Mother/Father enjoy when their children get along well. In my universe, everything is aware and (at least on the spiritual plane)
rather cooperative. We humans as a group have lost touch with this magical aspect of nature. Brother sun, sister moon Francis of Assisi comes to
mind as well as the old fairy tales and fables from all over the world. Francis of Assisi was famous for his humility, he did not see himself superior or
inferior, he was family with everybody. There was a bond of love.
